If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

6.1. The Service is provided "as is" (AS IS). The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Service, nor its full compliance with the User's expectations.

6.3. The Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
6.4. The User is independently responsible to third parties for their actions related to the use of the Service.
The Administration implements a set of reasonable measures to protect information and ensure the confidentiality of communications within the Service using modern technical means and security protocols. At the same time, the User understands and agrees that no method of data transmission over the Internet can guarantee absolute security, and therefore the Administration is not responsible for unauthorized access to information arising for reasons beyond its control.
7.1. All intellectual property objects related to the Service itself (source code, design, logos, corporate style) are the exclusive property of the Administration or right holders with whom appropriate license agreements have been concluded.
7.2. By posting content in the Service, you grant the Administration a non-exclusive, free license to use, store and process it to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Service.

8.1. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
8.2. The Administration has the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Service in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.
8.3. The User has the right to stop using the Service and delete his account at any time.
9.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement, the parties will strive to resolve through negotiations.
9.2. Judicial procedure. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiations, it shall be finally resolved in the courts of general jurisdiction at the place of registration of the owner of the "Omnory" platform, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal norms applicable to the User.
9.3. Applicable law. This Agreement, its interpretation and execution are governed by the substantive law of the country of registration of the owner of the "Omnory" platform, without regard to conflict of law rules. However, this does not deprive the User of the rights and guarantees granted to him by the mandatory norms of his country of residence, which cannot be limited by agreement of the parties.
